About Us

This charming home is located on James Island in Charleston, South Carolina. Just minutes away from the downtown Historic District and Folly Beach, The Grant is perfectly located near some of Charleston's best attractions.

Family home, with lots of history.

 

Built in 1965 by Reverend Joseph and Florence Grant, this has been home to the Grant Family for four generations. Built on land that was purchased by Joseph's grandfather when he was just a young boy this charming southern home has grown to accomidate a large family over the many years.

Rev. and Mrs. Grant always welcomed people into their home and now that tradition of hospitality continues.

Meet Theda and Rashaunda

This Aunt and Niece duo have made Charleston home for many years and now it is our pleasure to share our home with you. We  have worked tirelessly to renovate this single family home into three comfortable suites for your enjoyment. 

 

Theda, a project manager based out of Virgina, is the one to credit for the charming decor you'll see throughout. Rashaunda, a small business consultant, will be your happy hostess to ensure that your stay with us exceeds your every expectation.
